Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within thirty days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5 percent per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received according to the agreed terms. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and you are responsible for payment of all such taxes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Clean Command or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of the website or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
